About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them live independently and improve their quality of life.
You will work closely with service users in their homes or supported living environments, assisting them with daily activities and promoting their wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities (e.g., cooking, cleaning, shopping)
- Support individuals to access the community and attend appointments
- Promote independence and dignity at all times
- Maintain accurate care records and reports
- Work as part of a team and follow care plans
Requirements
- Previous experience in care/support (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends if required)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable (but not required)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, elderly, or disabilities
- Driving licence
